Ryan Granard Joins DolphinSearch Team as CIO
Firm Continues to Add Depth and Experience to Management Team
Ventura, Calif. Oct 14, 2004 – DolphinSearch, Inc., a leader in electronic document discovery, today announced Ryan Granard has joined as chief information officer. Most recently with Digital Insight, Granard brings more than 15 years of extensive IT experience building and managing operational organizations and high-volume, high-availability infrastructures.
Granard's addition to the executive management team follows a series of new management announcements. Software industry veteran Paul Sallaberry, most recently with VERITAS, assumed the responsibilities of Chairman of the Board. Also, Elizabeth Given joined as executive vice president of strategic operations, worldwide sales and marketing from venture firm Insight Partners, and Jerry Correia became vice president of sales, from Ikon Office Solutions.

Earlier in the year, DolphinSearch's announced funding of $10 million by venture capital firm Insight Partners in support of the company's aggressive expansion strategy.
Before joining DolphinSearch, Ryan was vice president of datacenter operations for Digital Insight, a 24x7, high-transaction volume provider of financial services and online banking for more than 1,700 financial institutions nationwide. He also has held senior information technology positions at Syncata, a supply chain management consulting firm for major automotive and financial services companies; Webvan Group, a national online grocery provider; and, Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, one of the oldest and largest international law firms based in the United States. Earlier in his career, Ryan was a founder of CMJ Information Technology, a systems integration firm focusing on financial services and law firms. Ryan holds technical certifications in Microsoft, Novell and Cisco technology and has extensive experience building and managing operational organizations and high-volume, high-availability infrastructures.
